The Pro-Lite Insole is a thinner more slim fitting insole that adds support and comfort to any shoe. This uniquely small-sized orthotic fits easily without crowding the shoe — no need to buy shoes one size larger to fit an orthotic insole! Easily add them to everything from athletic shoes to flip-flops or heels to feel all-day comfort, relief, and protection!

Sizes

• Extra Small: Child’s 12–3 / Women's 3–5.5 (US shoe size)
• Small: Women’s 6–8.5 / Men’s 5–7.5 / Youth 4–7 (US shoe size)
• Medium: Women’s 9–11 / Men’s 8–10 (US shoe size)
• Large: Women’s 11.5+ / Men’s 10.5+ (US shoe size)

Note: Each size gets progressively longer, wider, and thicker. If in doubt or between sizes, please choose the smaller size in the desired thickness (Max Support (thicker) / Pro-lite (thinner))

How to Use

• Please be sure that your shoes are clean and free of any debris, dust or shoe powder
• Remove the plastic film from the product to reveal the adhesive
• Place sticky side down to the inside of your shoe where you need support

Care Instructions

• To wash, remove the insoles from your shoes, run them under cool water and rub off any dust or debris
• A dish soap can be used but is not necessary. Do not use hand soap as hand soaps often have lotions in them
• Set out to air dry indoors (avoid sunlight)
• Once dry, the adhesive regenerates and they are ready to be used again
• Do not place in dishwasher or dryer
• Please store your Pro-Lite Insoles in a cool, dry place away from sunlight
