How to Use

• Make sure the device is charged before use
• Adjust the straps to fit your arms
• Place device on the neck or part of your body you want massaged, then press the power button
• Click the heat button or rotation button to adjust the massage to your liking
• The unit can be used while charging but a full charging cycle is approx. 2 hours
• The unit will automatically shut off after 15 minutes of use and must be given a few minutes to cool down before reuse
• Use only as described in the included manual. Only use truMedic recommended accessories and replacement parts

Care Instructions

• Always turn the device off before cleaning
• Spot clean with a slightly damp towel to clean the device and dry with a soft cloth
• To clean the mesh covering, simply unzip to remove and clean with a damp cloth and let air dry
• Never store in direct sunlight or at temperatures above 104 °F (40°C)
